Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase! We have a 30-day return policy. Items must be postmarked by the 30th day from the day you received it to be eligible for a refund.

Your item must be returned to us in the same condition that you received it, no damage, markings or changes to the products.

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. All items must be sent back in the original packaging. If the original packaging is unavailable, the customer is responsible for arranging equivalent packaging.

Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via email.

Delayed in transit/No tracking info

If there is no update of the tracking info for more than 15 business days, contact us at support@cozyzestyhome.com. Note that this clause is not applicable for special time/periods such as holidays, abnormal weather or abnormal events.

Destroyed in Transit

If the tracking information indicates damage was received during transit, you can request a refund by sending us a screenshot of the tracking information as proof.

Returned to Sender (exception: Wrong shipping address attached to your order)

If the tracking information indicates that the item was returned to sender, you can request a refund or a redelivery.

Item not received

If after 10 days past the shipping times quoted in our shipping policy you have still not received your item, contact us for a refund or redelivery.

Payment issue

If you are accidentally charged more than your order total, contact us immediately and we issue a refund if you were wrongly charged.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
