When will my order ship?
It depends on the product. In-stock items usually ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation.

Why is my order taking so long to ship?
All items and delivery times are advertized in good faith. However, due to the current world shipping logistical constraints we are facing extended shipping times on some items.

Also, certain items might be subject to unexpected production delays. In these cases, we will do everything possible to secure the items and fulfill your order as quickly as possible.
Where do you ship to?
All our items ship to the continental U.S. We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, PO Boxes or Military AFO/FPO. We apologize for this.

All orders must be shipped to a physical address.
Will I receive all of the items in my order at the same time?
Items ordered together may not arrive in the same box or at the same time since they may be sourced from different suppliers. How do I return my item for a refund?
To start a return you need to contact us at support@cozyzestyhome.com.

What if my item is damaged or not what I ordered?
Please inspect your item(s) upon receipt and contact us immediately if incorrect or damaged. If the item is damage or if you receive the wrong item we will alleviate the issue and make it right.

Do you accept exchanges?
We do not accept exchanges since the logistics creates delays for you. Return the item for a refund (see our Refund Policy at https://cozyzestyhome.com/policies/refund-policy) and order the item you prefer.
Can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order please contact us immediately at support@cozyzestyhome.com. If your order has not already entered our distribution system we will be happy to cancel and issue a refund. Unfortunately, once your order begins processing we can not accept cancellations. We will do our best to accomodate you.
When will I receive my refund?

Refunds usually take several days and there may be an additional processing time by your own bank.
How will I know that Cozy Zesty Home received my order?
Upon completion of your order you will receive a confirmation email that includes an Order Number and details. Once the order ships you will receive a second email with a tracking code.
Will I have to pay sales tax on my order?
Sales tax is automatically applied to your order in Checkout in accordance with state, provincial and local tax laws. It is possible that we do not currently collect sales tax for your state. No sales tax is collected on the purchase of Gift Cards. However, purchases paid for with Gift Cards are subject to sales tax in acoordance with applicable laws.
Why is my item a different color or texture to the product in your store?
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and textures of our products. However, the color on computers and smartphones varies and we cannot guarantee the exact color or texture. Also, colors and textures vary slightly in the manufacturing process, which we cannot control.

How do I stop receiving your newsletter or offer emails?
Our marketing emails and newsletter contain an Unsubscribe link at the bottom. If for some reason you continue to receive unwanted email from us, please contact us at support@cozyzestyhome.com and we'll be happy to unsubscribe you manually.

Note that you cannot unsubscribe from business emails such as order confirmation and shipping emails.
